Do I get a free trial period?

Yes, you receive a 14-day free trial to explore the features and services of your chosen subscription plan. If you need assistance in deciding if this plan is right for you, our team will reach out during your trial to address any questions or concerns you may have.

What all payment methods are accepted?

Hubhopper accepts all major credit & debit cards. We also accept Paypal, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

How are taxes charged on the Pro plan?

The price provided is inclusive of all taxes.

Does Hubhopper accept UPI payments?

Unfortunately, we don’t support UPI payments at the moment, but we plan to add this feature soon.

Will I be auto-charged at the end of my trial period?

Yes, you will be auto-charged once your trial period ends. For users in India, you will not be auto-debited. Instead, you will receive an email prompting you to update your payment method. After updating your payment information, your payment will be processed, and auto-debit will commence with your consent.
